UPIN’s understructures have either electro zinc or hot dipped galvanization treatment. A wide variety of design options including low-profile, standard, heavy duty, extra heavy duty anti-seismic understructures are available in our factory.

Description	The pedestal are assembled with cold steel flat head fillet welded with stud and base plate fillet welded with tube.

Head		Head plate 76mmx76mmx3mm, cold steel type, with 4 corner holes accepting 6mm dia. cornerlock steel screws, 4 edge center holes accepting box stringers and 6mm dia. screws. The head plate is fillet welded with hollow/solid stud with 2 nuts to lock the height.
Head stud/tube		19.5mm dia.x90mmL threaded solid steel stud with steel nuts
Base tube/stud		22mm OD. and 1.2mm wall thickness steel tube to accept head stud
Base plate		100mmx100mmx2.2mm cold steel base plate fillet welded with base stud/tube
Coating		Head and base electro zinc yellow or silver
Axial Load	CISCA	22.5kn min.
