Step 1：
Fix the screw(base frame) in the
direction of the arrow shown in
the figure

Step 2：
Fix the screw(table top) in the
direction of the arrow shown in
the figure.

Step 3：
Press and hold it by hand in the direction
of the arrow shown in the figure to adjust
the appropriate height and release

Safty & Maintenance：

1.check the tightness of the screws and the stability of the frame before use.
2.add proper amount of lubricating oil to the rotating parts regularly.
